This is where it all connects.

 

Both NLP and Yoga help to become aware of our habitual patters and change them by 'reprogramming' mind and body. Cultural experiences provide the context where our habitual patterns are likely to manifest more intensely. Being in a new cultural environment challenges our existing patterns and offers a possibility to grow. It is also easier to experience an uninterrupted learning journey away from the usual ‘noise’ and by not only learning new skills but also sharing life experiences and discussing their application in life. Sun, sea, sunsets, new food, new sounds are likely to trigger new emotions. Using NLP and Yoga tools, we will explore these emotions, thinking, habitual responses and focus on developing flexibility to have a wider choice of how to act in life. And to increase chances of getting the results we want.

 

This experience can literally ‘open the mind!’

 

My role is to facilitate, share the knowledge and to hold the space for you to experiment on your own.
