NLP is like a ‘user manual’ for the brain that helps to become aware of HOW we process life events. Through NLP we can learn to approach life situations in a different way to increase the chances of getting the results we want.

NLPbites are practical coaching and training sessions designed with a specific purpose in mind to help you achieve your desired outcome - individual or organisational. They are flexible, brief, down to earth and can be offered worldwide.

What’s your approach?

My role is to facilitate your journey using NLP method, like holding a mirror and adjusting its positioning. I believe you have the knowledge, the skills and the energy to move towards your purpose. I am just helping you become aware of them.

Do you offer NLP certification?

No. I teach you how to use NLP to enhance your daily life (personal and professional) using its main principles and techniques.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, each 1-2-1 is tailored to your specific life situation - see some feedback on ‘about’ page. After the first session we can decide on the format that works best for you. I value efficiency and you might expect some 'home work' in between - the more you practice on your own, the less time we need together.

Do you do group sessions to organisations?

Yes. usually bespoke and structured around your desired outcome, for example, how to improve operational efficiency through flexible communication and state management  They are dynamic and practical, with minimal handouts and maximum hands-on approach, so you can experience how NLP works and have an immediate take-away. Delivered either as a 'one-off' or a series of interlinked workshops.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, Skype sessions.

How much does it cost?

It depends. I do, every now and then, offer free NLP coaching to people from disadvantaged backgrouds. The general guide is £100 per hour. And it can vary either way, depending on location, duration, group size etc. Get in touch.
