"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self" The Bhagavad Gita

In Yoga, initially the focus is often on the body but with time and consistent practice it also ‘rewires’ the mind and the nervous system, improving our overall ‘operational efficiency’, raising awareness of our habitual patters as well as helping us to let them go and embrace the new refreshed authentic self.

Why Mysore?

This is where Ashtanga yoga, as we know it today, comes from - Mysore, a city in the Southern India. 'Go to the sourse, if you want to know', says my NLP teacher!

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. Traditionally, Ashtanga yoga is taught one-to-one according to student's ability. But be prepared to do your home work - the more you practice on your own, the less time we need together.

Do you do group sessions?

Currently no due to frequent travel.

Do you organise yoga retreats?

Currently not. But I do organise Cultural experiences where yoga is one of the elements - see ExploreYourEdge.

How much does it cost?

The general guide is £50 per hour. I sometimes teach community yoga classes locally and these are very affordable. Get in touch.
